At Deering Ridge Design, many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom, personalized, embroidered, printed, or made-to-order items.

Please review all order details, including sizes, colors, spelling, artwork, and design approvals, before confirming your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
